HR OFFICER
Job description:
Provide day-to-day HR support to all employees.
Assist in Employee Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Safety and Health Standard, implementation of company policies and procedures and resolution while ensuring that the company continues to meet its business and objectives.
Qualifications:
Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or any related course
Knowledge in employee relations and labor law is an advantage
At least 4 years working experience in HR facets
Ability to develop and deliver HR strategies in a fast-paces business environment
Proficient in both oral and written communication
