Job Description:
HR Officer oversees the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible in recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
Monitoring employee performance.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills.
Knowledgeable in all facets of HR.
