FSB Land Holdings Inc. is looking for an HR OFFICER who will process and administrate Compensation and Benefits, assist in formulating programs under Training and Development and handle Recruitment and Employee Relations in accordance with compliance and legalities of the Labor Code.
Who are we looking for?
Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course.
With at least five 5-10 years of relevant work experience in all facets of HR
Must be residing in Minglanilla, Cebu, or nearby areas
Possess a good command of English both oral and written
Periodic travel in different business locations: Manila and Boracay
