To perform the day-to-day functions of HR, specifically in Recruitment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of his/her assigned account/s.
Assists in the sourcing, screening, and selection of potential candidates for vacant positions for BAU (Business as Usual) hirings.
Maintains staff 201 file of his/her assigned account/s.
Prepares weekly/monthly internal reports to be submitted to the Assistant People Officer. This includes staff movement update (starters, leavers) and other HR-related reports.
Administration and enrolment of government mandated benefits - SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF (Pag-ibig Fund) for new hires belonging to his/her account.
Assists in the processing of staff who would need to leave the country for business purposes and coordinating with labor lawyers for the 9g or SWP.
Ensures that all requirements of staff on STA/LTA/Commuter Assignment/SWaP are complete
Fulfils other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
