Will handle end to end recruitment
Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
Responding to HR-related queries within the company.
Maintaining employee confidentiality.
will handle admin works, etc.
Participate in the design and implementation of programs that build employee engagement and retention
Direct and manage HR complex issues including employee relations and other human capital items with care and the highest level of confidentiality
 
Job Qualification:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management, Psychology, Social Science/Sociology or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
