Job Descriptions
Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
Assist with the recruitment process by job postings, identifying candidates, conducting interviews, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Process payroll by collecting time and attendance records, and resolve any payroll errors.
Conduct Quarterly Performance Reviews and monitor status of each employees
Perform orientations to newly hired employees
Organize 201 files
Process government-mandated benefits
Issue memo and other disciplinary actions to employees
Other support needed by Management
Job Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related course
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, and related business correspondences.
Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Resides near Binondo and Tondo Manila
Experience:
Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
