Job description :
Responsible for manpower recruitment - screening, interviewing, orientations and workers placement
Manage the development and implementation of Company HR system
Develop employees training and development program
Assist in Performance Management processes
Handling of disciplinary and grievance issues
Maintain employee records (201 files, attendance records, workers history, performance etc)
Review of employment and working conditions to ensure compliance to labor laws
Requirement:
Proven experience as HR Officer
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, hiring process, payroll and benefits, workers training and development)
Full knowledge of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
Proficient in MS Office and the like
Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem solving and decision making aptitude
Strong ethics and reliability
A degree in Psychology, Business Administration,social studies or relevant field is preferred
HR credentials, HR trainings (if any)
