Description
The HR Officer will be responsible for:
Recruitment
Performance review
Succession planning
Policy development, implementation and monitoring
Manage internal communication
Assist with preparation and processing of payroll
Compensation and benefits review
Requirements:
MUST BE WELL ORGANIZED
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
Excellent working experience ( at least 5 years) and academic preparations on employee relations, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Knowledge in labor laws and regulations; grievance processes
Knowledge in policies and procedures formulation, auditing and documentation
Knowledge in Compensation and benefits design understanding
Ability to influence and communicate with employees across all levels
Works independently and be able to deliver positive results expeditiously
Willing to work at night
Experience in a Call Center or any type of BPO is a plus
Salary and benefits will commensurate with experience
