The Role
As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for the administration of the Annual Performance Appraisal Review, Promotions and Reports Generation. You will also ensure the quality and completeness of employee records.
How you'll contribute
Generate various reports (attrition, budget, Performance Appraisal etc.,) as requested to provide accurate and timely information to be used for decisions related to HR matters.
Implement bank-wide Performance Appraisal process and activities to document employee ratings as part of records and to be used as basis for rewards and recognition programs.
Implement the end-to-end promotion process (from receipt of nominations, preparation of worksheets for PERCOM up to final announcement) to support decision makers in assessing candidates.
Manage regular document scanning and clean-up for file maintenance and housekeeping.
Ensure timely delivery and accuracy of reports/information requests to maintain integrity of information.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management
At least 5 years' experience in Records Management, Performance Appraisal and Promotions processes
Experience in database management, HR metrics, computations,
Ability to lead/manage staff
Keen to details; Ability to process information from various sources
