Job Description
Shall handle Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Employee Relation, and DOLE related Compliances.
Activities and processes shall include sourcing, screening, interviewing, on-boarding, employee and employer branding, candidate relationship management and metrics and analytics, leading HR activities and events and annual regular compliance requirements aligned with DOLE.
Qualifications
Graduate of any 4 - year degree preferrably Human Resource Management
3-5 years relevant experience
Amenable to work in Pasig Office
Excellent in Communication Skills
People Person
Excellent Organizational Skills
