Grails and Build Corp (GAB Corp) is currently looking for a HR and Marketing Officer that will play a dual role in supporting both the Human Resources and Marketing departments of the organization. This hybrid position requires strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to effectively manage HR functions while contributing to marketing efforts. Responsibilities
HR:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings (both internal and external job openings), screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new employee onboarding activities, including orientation and paperwork.
Assist in resolving workplace conflicts or grievances in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate employee records and databases.
Prepare and process HR-related documentation, such as memo's, meeting minutes, offer letters, and disciplinary actions.
Marketing:
Assist in creating marketing content, including social media posts, blog articles, and promotional materials.
Ensure marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and messaging standards.
Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including email, social media, and online advertising.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for optimization.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, such as product launches, and new trends.
Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and support event promotion efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Previous experience in HR roles and/or marketing positions is preferred.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

The office location is in Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.
