THE OPPORTUNITY: HR MANAGER
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention efforts.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance improvement.
Administer compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Lead training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Drive performance management processes and initiatives.
Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement.
WHAT IT TAKES:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
