JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Descriptions:
-Manage the execution of the HR Strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment and Hiring, Employee Relations Workforce, Administration, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Reward and Recognition as well as maintaining and improving HR Systems.
-Onboarding and ongoing training development. Developing and implementing HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy.
-Managing employee and employer relationships.
-Talent management, compensation and employee benefits, training and development, compliance and workplace safety.
-Overseeing disciplinary action. Creating a rewarding company culture.
-Overseeing of the Visa Section.
-Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
-Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics. Ensure Legal compliance throughout human resource management.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
-Must be Bachelor Graduate in any related field course
-Must have experience as an HR Manager for 5 yrs. above
-30 yrs. old and above
-No gender preference
-Willing to work in ETON Tower Makati City
-Willing to start on June 01, 2023
Compensation and Benefits:
-55k/basic
-10k allowance
-13th month pay
-Holiday pay
-Mandated Government Benefits.
