JOB DESCRIPTION
In charge of staff performance and attendance. take effective actions.
Organize and collect information about personal, recruitment, training assessment salary and other aspects regularly to support decisions of the company.
Determine the amount of salary and benefits paid to employees accurately.
familiar with DOLE rule and Labor Law, respond to employee complains effectively
File all our resto documents well.
Remind the company about the business permit, fire permit, car insurance, car annual inspection.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Graduate of Any 4 year course
At least 5 years Experience as an HR Manager/Supervisor (With Experience in Restaurant/Food Industry is a Plus but not required)
Willing to be assigned in Pasay City
