REQUIREMENTS
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· With pleasing personality
· At least minimum of 5 years of proven work experience as an HR Manager.
· Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or in a similar role within a recruitment agency.
· Handle 10,000 employees
· With experience in HR Operation and experience in all facets of Human Resources Management;
ü Talent Acquisition (Recruitment, selection and placement)
ü Training and Development (Training design, implementation and evaluation)
ü Employee / Labor Relations (Grievance handling, collective bargaining)
ü Compensation and Benefits (Benefits program design, job analysis/evaluation, wage and salary administration/management)
ü Organization Development
ü Records Management
· Solid understanding of HR best practices and trends.
· In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
· Ability to develop clear and fair policies.
· Proven ability to implement initiatives that is value adding to the business and the organization.
· Strong managerial competencies in the areas of organization and leadership development, coaching and mentoring and situational assessment skills.
· With excellent people skills and adept in dealing with people across the different levels of the organization.
· Superior judgment, negotiation and decision-making skills and conflict resolutions.
· Strong ethics and a high level of personal and professional integrity.
· Strong analytical skills and adept in interpreting strategic vision into an operational model.
· An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral, written and persuasive skills.
· Proficient with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
· Experience in designing compensation and benefits packages.
· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
