Scope of the role:
Develop, implement and improve HR and company policies
Responsible for the execution of employee relations policies
Training and Development
Maintain and safekeep HR and employee documents
Provide HR and other related reports to the management.
Responsible for administration of payroll, government compensation and benefit plans of the company
Oversee the recruitment processes up to onboarding
Qualifications:
At least 3 years experience as HR Generalist preferably in supervisory role
Good communications skills
Accounting background is an advantage
Strong organizational skills and analytical skills
Independent worker
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php45,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
