HR MANAGER
Duties and Responsibilities:
Creating Organizational Development
Creating and implementing staff training and professional development programs
Conducting Performance Evaluation.
Creating compensation and benefits program
Supervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the team
Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Creating Career and Succession Planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
Experience in human resources or related field.
Relevant experience in handling large organization
Knowledgeable in personnel and process documentation
Ability to relate and motivate employees
Provide counseling.
People-oriented and results-driven
Experience in researching and creating compensation and benefits packages
Experience in educating and coaching staff.
Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
