Skill and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent
Working experience as a Human Resource Manager: 3 or more years
In-depth knowledge of PH labor law and HR best practices
Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
Work in all areas of Human Resource such as recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and employee relations and grievances
Oversee and manage performance appraisal and wage review 
Oversee and maintain company government business compliances
Carry out administrative and business-related tasks with Third-Party service contractors
Create manuals and guidelines to promote work efficiency
Assist the management team as needed
Monthly Salary:
35,000 - 45,000 Php
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5;30 PM
