This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our client's global team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
A. Talent Acquisition
Leads employer branding programs to communicate and externalize the Company's employer value proposition.
Manages the talent acquisition process which includes recruitment, selection, hiring, and on boarding of qualified candidates.
Collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for vacancies.
B. Employee Engagement
Formulates and implements various employee activities and programs to promote motivation, collaboration, and belongingness.
Strengthens and reinforces the Company's culture through a range of strategic initiatives.
C. Compensation and Benefits
Ensures that the Company adheres to local regulations on compensation and benefits.
Ensures the timeliness and accuracy of compensation and benefits extended to employees.
Leads efforts on benchmarking and ensuring that the Company remains a competitive employer of choice.
D. Organization Development
Works with leaders in the company to develop a sound management succession plan that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the Company.
Provides insights to management on people-related issues and suggests necessary interventions to address them.
E. Learning and Development
Conducts training needs analysis.
Develops training and development programs to ensure the development of essential competencies.
Evaluate the effectivity of trainings conducted and calibrate accordingly.
F. Employee Relations
Ensures the Company's compliance with labor laws and the implementation of the Company's employee manual/handbook.
Oversees disciplinary meetings, investigations, and possible terminations.
Provides resolutions to employee-related conflicts and grievances in a professional and ethical manner.
Must-have Skills / Qualification:
Bachelor's degree is required, an MBA is preferable but not required
At least 10-15 years in HR, at least 5 years in the same role
Working in a multi-cultural setting is an advantage
Knowledge of basic labor laws in other countries (e.g., Australia, India) is an advantage
