Basic Qualifications:
• College degree holder of BS/BA Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development, or General Sciences.
• With 5-10 years of Managerial Experience.
• Must have extensive knowledge of labor standards, statutory benefits, employee engagement practices, and other key HR processes.
• Should be capable of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Have the ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization.
• Experience in the Construction or Engineering Field is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned to the project site.
• To start immediately.
HR Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Planning and implementation of Training and Development Programs.
• Design and implementation of Performance Management System.
• Management of recruitment and placement of employees.
• Management of the Compensation and Benefits Program and ensures its compliance with Government Statutory Requirements.
• Promotes employee personal and professional development through coaching and mentoring.
• Performs employee counseling and disciplining.
• Conducts exit interviews for resigning employees and gives analysis and recommendations for the data gathered.
