Job description
Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor relations, benefits, training, and employee services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Develops and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the organization
Manages the recruitment and selection process
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Oversees and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
Maintains pay plan and benefits program
Ensures legal compliance throughout human resource management
Develops and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Nurtures a positive working environment
Reports to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
Job Specifications:
Graduate of Industrial Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or any similar course
Has 2 years work experience in Managerial capacity
Previous work experience in the food service industry is a plus
Experience:
Managerial: 2 years (Required)

Bachelor's (Preferred)
