Qualifications:
- With more than 5 years experience as HR Manager
- Depth knowledge in Labor laws, DOLE Genaral Labor Standards and Occupational Health and Safety
- Well versed in end to end recuitment, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Wellness, Training and Development. Occupational Health and Safety.
- With proven excellent people management skills
- Experience in a company with more than 500 empoyees is an advantage.
- Excellent communicator ang negotiation skills.
- College Graduate- BSBA- HRDM, BS Psychology preferred. With Masteral Degree or Law Graduate/units is a plus.
