Job Descriptions
Develops, reviews and amends policies in the recruitment, training, promotion and discipline of all company personnel in coordination with department heads and Board.
Ensures that job descriptions match the tasks being performed by each company position.
Reviews organizational structure in order to continually meet demands of company growth.
Reviews personnel plantilla of all companies and departments.
Recommends appropriate manpower staffing for each unit.
Coordinates with various manpower agencies for requirements for contractual employees.
Develops career path for each position.
Ensures commensurate pay to every rank and position.
Develops training strategies for all employees.
Oversees training needs analysis of employees in coordination with department heads.
Reviews training programs annually, as part of business review.
Reviews recommendations for candidates for seminar and training programs.
Oversees, and participates in, the setup of training activities, to include securing trainors, obtaining training materials, supplies, and other resources, and scheduling facilities.
Supervises administrative personnel functions such as payroll, benefits administration and governmental reportorial requirements.
Reviews liquidation reports and requests for reimbursements.
Conducts interview for recruitment purposes before recommending applicant to department head.
Oversees employee orientation and turnover of new hires to their respective departments.
Ensures obedience of employee to company policies and to the Code of Conduct. Implements disciplinary actions as needed. Safekeeps all case folders involving employee discipline.
Monitors performance appraisals for employees. Sees to it that probationary employees are appraised on their 5th month. Reviews performance appraisals for those recommended for promotion.
Oversees distribution and receipt of performance appraisals of employees.
Signs clearance forms of resigned employees.
Signs certificates of employment as requested by employees.
Supervises safekeeping, update and maintenance of employee records.
Reviews all monitoring reports submitted by HR and admin assistants for management info.
Reviews timekeeping worksheet and payroll.
Coordinates for the purchase of uniforms. Ensures the orderly distribution of uniforms.
Oversees scheduling of Annual Physical Examination for employees.
Oversees purchasing functions of all furniture, fixture and equipment and supplies, used in daily business operations.
Oversees repairs & maintenance of building, vehicles and staff house. Ensures that these are kept in good condition with the use of monitoring reports and surprise inspections.
Coordinates with tenants (and potential tenants) of the various commercial buildings for lease regarding contracts, concerns, etc. Billing issues are to coordinated with accounting department.
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time
Job Qualifications
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Excellent in English
Collage Graduate Psychology or related Course
With 9 yrs experience in all facet of Human Resource
