JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Oversees the over-all operation of the Human Resource department;
*Reviews the reports submitted by his subordinates and makes all the necessary corrections;
ensures the 100% attainment of department goals in terms of Recruitment, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits, Legal Services, and Training and Development.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
*College Graduate from a reputable University.
*Law Degree Holder, preferably with several years experience as a practicing lawyer and/or in supervising or managing an HR function.
*Preferably with working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 practices and procedures.
*Required Skill(s): Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Payroll, Labor Laws, Organizational Skills, Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Leadership and Management Skills.
*Flexible; willing to work extended hours to take provincial assignments and to fulfill or accomplish duties or tasks.
Can drive and with a valid Driver's License.
