BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
TO MANAGE RECRUITMENT, COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Effectively manage that recruitment process of the company (end-to-end recruitment);
Collaborate with the existing Manpower Agencies and Head-hunters on sourcing for the right candidates based on the Organization's Manpower need/requirement;
Develop new/best recruitment marketing strategies to meet current and future business requirements;
Facilitates compensation program of the company
Manages the benefits system of the company by ensuring that all employees benefits are being given and utilized to them.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS in Psychology, BS in Business Management or any other related courses
With minimum of 5 years work experience as HR Manager - with major experience in Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits;
Competency in the area of Recruitment is a clear advantage;
Preferably can work alone, or eventually with a team;
Must be very flexible and goal-oriented
Tech Savvy and very knowledgeable with Microsoft applications
