A client of ours is looking for an HR Manager that will manage the execution of the HR strategy and core areas of the HR department including Recruitment, Employee Relations, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, as well as maintaining and improving HR systems and management of the HR budget to their businesses.
 
Qualifications:
With at least 10 years of experience in HR Management, inclusive of 3 years supervisory level
Willing to travel to their Mindanao branch
Work set-up: On-site, M-S 8am-5pm
 
Other benefits (aside from basic pay and statutory benefits):
13th month pay, management-initiated bonuses (depending on company performance)
