Responsibilities
Consistently meets expectations of managing the delivery of day-to-day payroll operations and lead to support role in all efforts around HR Shared Services metrics, audits, spotting trends.
Balances the payroll accounts by resolving payroll discrepancies.
Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.Gather information on hours worked for each employee
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience processing full cycle of payroll
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience
Proven experience as PAYROLL MANAGER
Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
