Unity Communications & Consulting Group Inc. (UCCG) is looking for high-calibre individual to join its growing team. The successful applicant shall be responsible for ensuring the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programs.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Development and administration of human resources plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
Link between the company’s management and its employees
Plan, implement and oversee employee benefit programs
Oversee recruitment, interview, selection, and hiring processes
Handle employees’ issues/grievances, e.g., handling disputes and directing disciplinary procedures
Develop, analyze and update the company’s performance evaluation program
Policy formulation and implementation
Employee relations and counseling
Qualifications and Key Competencies:
Graduate of any business/behavioral-related course
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in a BPO setting
Able to manage and coach a junior HR associate.
Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Organizational and excellent people management skills
Attentive to details
Deadline-oriented
High degree of confidentiality
Has initiative
A team player
Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
Willing to work on graveyard shift (home-based)
