MAIN AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY:
The primary responsibility of an HR Implementer is to implement Sprout Products focusing on Sprout HR (HRIS), Sprout Insight (Analytics), Sprout Recruitment (Recruitment Software), through system configuration, training and thorough analysis of processes.
Tasks
- Develop subject matter expertise on Sprout HR
- Perform onboarding activities such as data gathering and policy review
- Responsible for overall setup, configuration, data migration based on specifications of client
- Process HR Timekeeping Simulation and assist client in resolving attendance issues.
-To ensure successful knowledge transfer during system admin training
- Regularly interact with clients to ensure receipt of data, address gaps in understanding and responsibilities for a timely completion of project
- Ensure all project milestone and expectations including the proper monitoring of project man hours are achieved and roadblocks during the implementation period are addressed accordingly
- Manage assigned clients' issues and take action to resolve issues during the implementation phase
- Provide technical support and advice to clients related to Sprout HR for the duration of implementation period
- Propose ideas on how to improve internal process and company product
- Remain current on Payroll and HR policies and trends, and on other industry best practices
- Establish and maintain good working relationship with clients
- Conduct paid training to clients
- Collaborate with CS team and Product to provide input in product development related to Sprout HR
- Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
a. Education
- College graduate of Psychology or any related courses
b. Experience
- Atleast 2 year experience and background in HR and Training
- Experience in software implementation is a plus
c. Technical and Soft Skills
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field (DOLE standards), as well as processes for government mandated taxes and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, etc.)
- Proficient knowledge of timekeeping
- Have good grasp on excel formulas and data validation
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to details
- Customer service oriented
- Has sense of urgency and priority management skills
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Good problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
