Compensation
- Researches compensation policies and plans in the education industry
- Ensures compensation plans are cost-effective and competitive in the education
- Designs reports and recommendations based on research and analysis for senior
executive team

- Processes manpower requests for approval
- Posting of job ads, screening candidates and resumes
QUALIFICATIONS
Education - College Graduate (Psychology Major)
Experience - at least 2 years experience in above average level compensation and recruitment
Knowledge - hiring laws and psychometrics
Amenable to dayshift Monday to Friday
Amenable to WFH and onsite (Caloocan, EDSA)
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Years of experience: 2
