HR HEAD
 
Job Summary
Design and update job descriptions;
Be responsible for the end to end recruitment process;
Staff orientation and training;
Advertise job openings on company's career page, social media, job boards and internally;
Collaborate with the managers to identify future hiring needs;
Supervision and control in the utilization of the HR Department budget;
Lead and manage the HR Department to reach the department goals and objectives;
Analyze and head employee engagement and performance review;
Manage and represent the company in all government related concerns;
Time-keeping, compensation and monitoring;
Employee Discipline, Grievances and Policies;
Assist in procuring government-mandated company requirements such as business permits and other compliance-related documents;
Perform other HR tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the immediate head.
Personal Qualifications/ Competencies:
BPO or ESL set up experience is an advantage
Advance knowledge in data gathering and analysis, Microsoft Office and Google sheets, docs, etc;
Basic to intermediate knowledge in SQL is a plus;
Good English communication skills (oral and written);
Strong customer service orientation and the drive to produce results.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or HR related courses;
