RECRUITMENT HEAD
 
The Recruitment Head leads, plans, directs the recruitment team and implements processes related to the recruitment of competent manpower to support the operational requirements of the company. This position manages all recruitment related activities and ensures that all recruitment objectives are met within the standard turn-around time.
 
Specific Duties:
Initiates improvements on the recruitment processes as well as all sourcing and recruitment initiatives.
Efficiently meets manpower demands of the organization on a timely manner
Screens out and monitors applicants sourced by the Recruitment Associate
Based on the manpower plan and identified office-based positions, drafts job advertisements and identifies the most efficient and cost-effective means of sourcing applicants for these positions.
Acts as the focal person for the interview and selection process for all managerial vacancies
Conducts 2nd level interviews for corporate staff, technical vacancies, and supervisors
Coordinates with clients and supervisors to constantly update the manpower requirements and endorse to the Recruitment Associate for sourcing.
Monitors the recruitment tracker for all positions.
Constantly updates and adapts new trends in recruitment to improve the recruitment process.
Oversees the on-boarding procedures for corporate office staff
Prepares different recruitment reports on a periodic basis.
Requirements:
Graduate of BS Psychology , HRDM
At least 1-2 years' experience in the same capacity
Has strong leadership skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office tools - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good analytical skills and ability to provide recommendations and communicate accordingly
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple issues at the same time.
