This is a full-time role, following the Night Shift, and on an On-site set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic HR & Employee Engagement
Support business leaders in aligning HR practices with organizational goals.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and labor compliance.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and provide guidance on performance and conflict resolution.
Talent Development & Change Management
Collaborate with leaders to design training and development programs.
Facilitate HR initiatives during organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions.
Use HR data and analytics to recommend improvements in workforce planning and employee retention.
HR Operations & Compliance
Manage onboarding, performance appraisals, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HRIS updates, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing insights on HR practices and workforce strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years HR Operations experience (onboarding, C&B, performance management, ER, HRIS, offboarding).
2+ years HRBP/Generalist experience in BPO or outsourcing, with strong understanding of workforce alignment.
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent English communication skills for stakeholder management and collaboration.
