DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT
- Coordinate with different departments re: manpower requirements per store, and headoffice
- Source qualified candidates thru available channels
- Do initial interviews and onboarding procedures, employee orientation for successful candidates
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
- Do Timekeeping duties for the head office and across all branches and warehouses for every cut off
- Process the Payroll twice a month following the prescribed cut off periods in coordination with the audit, acctg and Treasury department.
- Update enrollment and submit via online the list of new employees for SSS, PAG-IBIG AND PHILHEALTH
- Process the timely payment of government mandatories including SSS AND PAG-IBIG loans in coordination with Audit, Acctg.and Treasury department
EMPLOYEE AND LABOR RELATIONS
- Working closely with other departments, increasingly acting as a consultant professional, and assisting the line supervisor/managers in understanding and implementation of company policies.
- Issuance of Tardiness Memo
- Facilitates the distribution and monitors NTE/Memo
- Council employees regarding work, family, or personal problems
- Handles routine labor relations and human resources inquiries related to policies.
- In charge to conduct administrative hearing if necessary
- In charge of attending all NLRC/Dole meeting/hearing.
- Participating in Recruitment and Firing process
- Participating in doing background inspection when needed.
- Managing all employee complaints and grievances.
ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT
- Leading the design, development and implementation of programs, policies and strategies tailored to meet OD needs and program goals; designing and executing key programmatic elements of the OD process
- Providing a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees, including policies, procedures, problem solving, dispute resolution, compliance
- Consulting with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters
- Communicating policies and affirmative action programs
- Developing and conducting training to instruct managers, supervisors, and employees; includes training on supervisory skills, interpersonal communication skills, and effective group interaction skills.
- Monitor and execute Performance Evaluations along with Attendance report
- Assist in creating HR policies.
SAFETY & HEALTH
- Sharing information, suggestions to create consistency in safety.
- In charge for employees' physical examination/annual physical examinations, first aid, and other medical attention
- Promoting healthy environment
- Facilitates 5S
NTEs POLICY
- Weekly submission of NTEs reports and memo
- Monitoring each employee's NTE in 201 file
OTHERS
- Monthly submission of Tardiness report
- Monthly submission of Perfect Attendance
- Prepare Certificate of Employment whenever requested.
- Process clearances, exit interviews for leaving employees
- Update regularly the Master-list and employees 201 file
- Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the HRD.
- Creating and submitting necessary weekly reports.
- Responsible for all the department needs and requirements.
- Performs other tasks as may be assigned.
- Monthly submission of Birthday Celebrators list.
Monthly submission of list of employees for evaluation due on the following month

Expected salary: ₱30,000 - ₱35,000 per month
