HR GENERALIST
 
Job Description:
Conduct employee onboarding and orientation, organize and conduct training & development initiatives
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leave requests, compensation/benefits and resolve any issues that may arise
Facilitate in the development and implementation of human resource policies
Spear heads talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Undertake tasks around performance management, employee discipline, and employee relations
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, organizing engagement and team-building activities
Ensure compliance with PH labor regulations
Provide assistance in handling employee timekeeping, processing of payroll, and fulfill as well as process employee-related remittances, payments, and mandatory government benefits, if necessary.
Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Maintains punctual, regular, and predictable attendance.
Works collaboratively in a team environment with a spirit of cooperation.
Respectfully takes direction from the Business Administration Department Manager and Vice Department Manager.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications:
Must be a BS/AB Psychology graduate.
With at least 5-7 years experience in the same capacity
Excellent knowledge with Labor Law; DOLE Guidelines and Employee Relations best practices
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Excellent multi-tasking skills
