Administer recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing job offers and employment contracts.
Create employee engagement plans, get necessary budget approval and initiate activities.
Process company's payroll every pay period.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations.
Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
Implements Company Code of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures and serve disciplinary actions.
Do specific tasks as assigned by the Management
Work Schedule : MONDAY-SATURDAY / 8:00AM-5:00PM
Work Location : EDSA Balintawak, QC
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or relevant field
Computer Literate and proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Deep understanding of Labor Law and employment equity regulations
Efficient HR administration and people management skills
Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and oral
Meticulous attention to detail
Strictly maintains confidentiality
Self-Confident
Atleast 1-2 years working experience in Human Resources .
