Will handle the end to end process of recruitment
Assist in training, timekeeping, compensation and benefits
Responsible for employee labor and relation and performance management
Promote HR programs to create an effecient and conflict free workplace
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Graduate of BS Psychology or any related course
3-4 years of experience in all facets of HR
Must be willing to work onsite from Monday-Saturday
Familiarity in Manufacturing/Retailing set up is a plus
