This position is responsible for the proper implementation of HR administrative tasks in the compliance with Company policies and standards. Responsible in maintaining personnel record filing system or the 201 File of all permanent employees; ensures completeness and safe-keeping. Ensures safe-keeping and confidentiality of HRD documents upon advise HR Manager Labor cases files, and other legal documents Employee Reports, Incident Reports. Flexible in doing other HR related Tasks
