Primary Purpose Of The Position Handles HR responsibilities primarily HRIS and Administration, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits Administration, Recruitment, Associate Relations, Compliance, and other HR functions. Supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve employee morale, satisfaction, and productivity. Supports administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures. Evaluates and recommends improvement to HR processes and procedures continually to meet the needs of the business and its employees. Assists HR Manager on HR responsibilities relating to Recruitment, Training, Coaching and Counseling, Discipline Management, and Performance and Talent Management. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees. Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks. Assist employees with benefit-related inquiries and facilitate open enrollment processes. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS. Generate HR reports and analyze data to support decision-making. Efficiently process end-to-end payroll for employees using payroll software/system. Ensure accurate and timely calculation of salaries, allowances, and deductions. Review and reconcile payroll reports to identify and resolve discrepancies Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system. Prepare and maintain job documentation, job evaluation, and company salary structure systems in accordance with the established legal, regulatory, and company directives. Administer and explain both government- and company-sponsored benefits to the employees and ensures the timely payment or rendering of services. Conduct New Employee Orientation to new hires with topics on benefits, ethics, code of conduct, business culture orientation Serve as liaison between insurance carriers, banks, and government agencies and employees and ensure the timely documented reporting and/or payment to these third parties (for employee loans, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-Ibig, etc.) Maintain compliance with and proper documentation of government regulations concerning employment (health, safety, and other government regulations). Communicate proactively and works with operations head(s) to resolve employee concerns and issues. Develop and recommend Employee Engagement activities to constantly establish positive employer-employee relationship and improve employee morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention. Implement Employee Relations processes and procedures, including the administration and tracking of progressive discipline. Proactively participate in recruitment, training, and performance and talent management activities. Perform other related HR duties and responsibilities as required and assigned. Qualifications/Skills Required Education: Must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Behavioral Science or equivalent. Experience: At least four years experience in Human Resources - Generalist (Payroll & CompBen expertise preferred) or in supervisory position Computer Skill: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Power Point Proficient with Internet Other: Experience with Sprout and Workday is an advantage Above average verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership, communication and organization skills Ability to interface with others Problem solving and issue resolution skills Can effectively function in a matrix and team environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in using HRIS and other HR-related software.
