We are committed to providing seamless and efficient solutions to our clients and fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for our team.Position OverviewRecruitGo is looking for a HR Generalist - Compensation & Benefits to manage payroll, government-mandated benefits, and employee rewards programs. You'll play a key role in ensuring employees are paid accurately, enjoy competitive benefits, and that the company stays compliant with labor laws and tax regulations.Responsibilities:
Handle payroll processing and ensure accuracy/timeliness.
Administer SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, 13th-month pay, and other statutory benefits.
Manage HMO, insurance, and other employee benefit programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and support compensation reviews.
Coordinate with providers, government agencies, and employees regarding C&B matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
2-4 years experience in compensation & benefits/payroll
Knowledge of PH labor laws and government-mandated benefits
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality
Experience with HRIS or payroll systems is an advantage

Work Set up: Hybrid - (At least 3 days per week onsite in the office at 10th Flr. Cyberone Building, Eastwood Ave., Quezon City. May change anytime)
Work Schedule: Mondays to Fridays; 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Manila Time
