Administrative Services (courier, office supplies, transport, hotels)
Office Administration (Seat assignments, Parking, Storage, Document Management)
Asset Management (Furniture, Equipment)
Facilities Management (lease contract adherence, utilities, maintenance)
Creation of policies, procedures, guidelines, processes, and reports
Meticulous organizational skills;
Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills;
Excellent in problem-solving and decision-making;
Strong follow-through skills;
Adept in reading and managing contracts
