Overview:
As a customer loyalty team member, you are part of a customer loyalty team of -5 people who help employees and managers on a day to day basis with questions, actions and problems that they can't answer or solve themselves. Together with your team you make sure that the services are delivered according to the service level agreements, with high quality and in accordance with risk and compliance policies. Each customer loyalty team is part of a circle and has a different expertise like recruitment, learning & development, compensation or reporting.
If you are good at:
Expenses: Check employee expenses, validate expenses reports against the requested information, reconciliation of cash advance payment and expenses
If you are:
Someone with relevant HR Captive Services working experience
People oriented and customer focused
Able to work in an international and multicultural environment
Eager to learn and collaborate
Accurate, structured and a strong attention to detail
Able to bring structure and drive execution
Curious to continuously improve in an agile way
A Bachelor/Master degree (or equivalent) holder
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
If you can:
Do responsibilities during the set-up of the centre, e.g. supporting the transition of work from the current service provider (BPO vendor) to the new service centre and end-to-end testing of processes and tooling etc.
Manage employee administration and keep employee records and systems up to date
(Depending on the service) Create contract and letters and/or answer questions via phone or chat
Maintain the knowledge base for employees, managers and other HR colleagues so they can do as much as possible themselves
Actively participate in initiatives to improve the processes and services and deliver the best possible employee experience
