Description
• Reports to Corporate HR.
• Informs the Corporate HR of its daily confirmed meetings and appointments.
• Documents minutes of the meeting of the EXCOM. In-charge of the follow through quotations, service contract/agreement with clients.
• Safekeeps confidential documents and sensitive materials under Corporate HR Office.
• Tracks and measures employees through its annual Performance Evaluation Report. Including but not limited to Probationary Employee/s, Casual, Emergency Hire.
• Handles Ads for the recruitment of applicants requested by the department end-user.
• Finds human interest stories happening within the company and promote company's values and culture.
Initiates and organize company's event and activities in coordination with the departments.
• Plans, create and prepare materials and content for all HR communication to employees.
• Coordinates and support with the Accounting in preparations for the benefits, DTR (biometric), pay slip and distribution.
• Makes surprise visit/round inspection of employees both in corporate office, field offices, its field warehouses and provide observations report to update the Corporate HR.
• Performs other duty as may be assigned.
