With supervisory experience in employee relations or HR management
Understands office management procedures and control.
With wide knowledge of different HR policies and methods to implement them.
With strong knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws employment policies and regulations. Adept in labor laws and jurisprudence.
Responsible in managing labor relations within an office environment.
Responsible in offering counseling services to employees, organizing company events process and conducting exit interviews.
Responsible in drafting, review and approve employee disciplinary actions.
Computer Literate.
Good oral and written communication skills
With very mature disposition and excellent counseling skills
Good negotiation skills
Excellent presentation skills
