Bachelor's degree holder preferably a graduate of BS Psychology/ Human Resource Management or any 4 year college course related to Business Management/Administration
With at least 2  years' experience as Employee Relation
With strong background in Recruitment and Employee Relation
Knowledgeable in test administration and assessment
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint)
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
Must be organized, accurate, thorough and able to monitor work quality
With passion in training
Ability to work with high confidential information
Possesses a pleasing and adaptable personality
Good interpersonal relation skills
Physically and mentally fit
With good moral character
High attention to detail
Flexible and wlling to work overtime when needed
