o Builds good client relationship by closely coordinating with the client's instructions.
o Manages the employees' overall performance.
o Initiates and conducts monthly General Assembly of employees or as needed.
o Prepares and maintains weekly manning list of employees assigned to clients.
o Checks and monitors the daily attendance of employees.
o Monitors the submission and completion of PER from employees.
o Handles issuance of MEMO with the coordination of ES.
o Assists in the process of filing and provides update for SSS and PAGIBIG loans of deployed employees.
o Assists in the sourcing, endorsing and hiring of applicants based on JO.
o Ensure time entries of the employees are submitted in beeline on time every payroll cut-off.
o Monitors and updates miscellaneous fees like allowances, overtime, bonus, incentives, health check thru certain portal

o Oversee all the job functions and activities of Employees
o Assist in addressing the issues and concerns of employees
o Builds good client relationship by closely coordinating with the client's instructions.
o Manages the employees' overall performance.
