Key responsibilities:
Coordinate with HRBP, HR Advisor, and other teams involved
Stakeholder management
Ability to manage and analyse data in excel for operational reporting
Your previous experience in managing and prioritising multiple tasks and flexibility to change priorities when needed will see you thrive in this role. You are excellent in time management and organisation skills, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate confidently to all levels of organisation. You are proactive, efficient and have an eye for detail. Your ability to deal with people of different culture, seniority, and personalities in a professional manner even when under pressure is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results. You also have a sound understanding of working with strict confidentiality.
