Compensation and Benefits
Ensure accurate and timely processing of staff payroll.
Administer the various benefits programs and compensation policies of the group.
Assist in developing, designing, and implementing rewards and recognition programs to attract, retain and motivate high performing employees
Ensure timely and accurate reporting and submission of statutory benefits and regulatory reports.
Ensure that compensation practices and policies are in compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements Ensure correct recording of time and attendance and implementation of salary deductions of employee's accountabilities and pay-out of company incentives and allowances.
Communicate and implement government rules and regulations related to withholding tax, tax exemptions, SSS/Pag-ibig/Philhealth guidelines, and others.
Facilitate processing of clearance, quitclaim, certificate of employment, and other documents related to the separation of resigned/ separated employees
Facilitate mobilization, transfer, and stay of "local expatriates" to give them the necessary comfort while working away from their family
Organize and execute implementation of annual physical examinations of all employees.
Conduct salary surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits
HR Services
Lead and provide services to employees through HR administration processes/procedures including but not limited to management of company housing facilities and programs, and employee facility management.
Ensure accuracy and updating of records in the HRIS.
Act as custodian of personnel records.
Record, monitor, and spearhead resolution of employee inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure that HR Service Levels are met.
HR Administration
Assist in the implementation of Labor Relations programs such as admin investigation, grievance machinery, resolution of employee concerns
Guide employees and team leaders in
Provide necessary and regular HR-related reports through HR metrics to support management Support and ensure legal compliance of HR programs decisions
Performs such other duties that may be assigned by immediate superior as necessary.
Proven experience in Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping, Performance Management.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail
Advance MS Excel skills are required
With a strong background in benefits administration and payroll
Demonstrates the ability to interact with different levels of employees in a highly professional and friendly manner
Has a high sense of accountability and leadership
Goal Driver, self-starter, and a team player
Demonstrate attention to detail and above-average organization and planning skills
Willing to work in the office
