Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs
Conduct an analysis of compensation and benefits within the company.
Oversee competitive analysis, merit increases, and salary structure.
Analyze surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.
Forecast budget for salary increases.
Responsible for ensuring that payroll and employee benefits are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Human Resource Management, Accounting, or any Business related courses
A minimum 5 years of solid experience in a role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing
Practical experience with payroll systems, practices, and procedures
A high degree of computer literacy; working knowledge of HRIS and MS Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills and a demonstrated competency to interact with people at all levels of the organization
Highly developed organizational skills are required
Ability to maintain and manage information of a confidential or sensitive nature
A demonstrated willingness to engage in professional development activities to develop and improve new and current skills and to adapt to the evolving needs of the organization
Willing to be assigned at Banawe, Quezon City
