The role of the HR Compensation & Benefits Assistant is to provide active assistance in the implementation of HR processes and procedures in the area of compensation and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experience Employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
Must be accurate and attentive to details
Has the following skills: people skills, time management, willingness to adapt and grow, communications skills, knowledge in the job, data base and record keeping
Proficient in MS Excel Application
Preferably living in Mandaluyong City
Candidate must be willing to work at Boni Mandaluyong
